Trellech Primary PTFA is a group of mums, dads and carers supported by the teaching staff, with a view to fundraising for the benefit of the school. We meet every month to plan our events. A small dedicated group of parents and friends help us to run each of these events, but we always need more support to ensure future events can go ahead for the benefit of our children. If you can spare just a few hours to volunteer it would make a big difference to us, so please get in touch!

It is important to remember that all funds achieved by the PTFA go towards additional ‘nice’ items or activities for our children that will benefit them through their time at school and all are requested specifically by the teaching staff.

Finally, we’d just like to thank the school community for attending and supporting our fundraising efforts and providing feedback so that we can continue to make our events bigger and better!

Pre-loved Uniform

The PTFA hold a stock of pre-loved uniform. We want to help parents and carers with the burden of buying school uniform, provide a way to pass on outgrown uniform and at the same time encourage a culture of recycle and reuse in our school.

How to Donate: In order for us to maintain a good supply of stock, we are always very grateful for outgrown uniform donations. We politely request that items are in a clean, saleable condition with labels removed. We accept jumpers, cardigans, trousers, shorts, polo shirts, skirts, dresses, PE kit. Please do not donate anything NOT on the above list as we have limited storage space. Bagged donations can be left at the school reception during term time. 

How to Purchase: Pre-loved Uniform Sales are held several times a year, but you can purchase at any time throughout the year. All proceeds go to the PTFA (charity no.1101355) that in turn goes back into the school for all children to benefit from. We have donations coming in regularly. A PTFA volunteer will advise if the items in the sizes you require are in stock.

Can you help? 

The PTFA are always looking for extra parents/carers to help with the Pre-loved Uniform process, particularly the receiving of donations. This would include taking garments home to de-tag and wash. We also need volunteers on the day of pre-loved uniform sales, 30 minutes or as much/little as you can spare goes a long way in helping to set up, serve and clear away, so please offer to help if you can.
